INTERCESSIONS FOR YOUR PRAYERS FOR June 15th
In the Anglican Cycle of Prayer, we pray for the PRAY for the Diocese of Europe in England: The Right Reverend Dr Geoffrey Rowell, Bishop; and we pray for Rowan Williams, Archbishop of Canterbury. In Canada we give thanks and pray for Fred our Primate; John our Metropolitan; and the Diocese of Eastern Newfoundland & Labrador: The Right Reverend Cyrus Pitman, Bishop. In our Diocese we give thanks and pray for Jane our Bishop; and for St. Andrew, Morinville. In our Parish cycle we pray for the community and ministries of All Saints'. We give thanks and pray for the parish families of: Charles Metke, Shelagh Creagh, Cat and James; Christine Mhina; Eileen Mirza; Gail Mitchell; George Monckton; Don Moore; and Jean Moore. Study and Education
"Echoes of Iona" Solus-Salann is organising and sponsoring a 6 day experience of Iona and Celtic spirituality at Glenairley on Vancouver Island from September 1-7, 2008 . Facilitators: Harry Eerkes: is an Anglican priest who has led many workshops in spirituality and has a special interestin Celtic spirituality. Lynda Rose: is a musician and the founder of Solus-Salann: A Journey in Spirituality with a Celtic Twist Bob Wild: is an Anglican priest and author and our guest speaker. Community
Our Annual General Meeting to discuss programs at All Saints' will be held Sunday, June 22nd at 12:30pm. All parishioners are invited to attend.

Maintenance Update:
Repairs and refinishing of the parquet flooring in the sanctuary are close o being completes. We expect the altar to be moved this week. The 2008 Alzheimer memory walk has a different date and location! It is being held on Saturday June 21st 2008 at Laurier Park in conjunction with more memory walks in Alberta. Joyce Harrison (one of Evelyn Harrison's children) is again participating. If you would like to sponsor and or support her you can call her at 434-2922. Funds raised support research and local services such as support, education, and advocacy. Thank you. Just a reminder that we are always accepting non-perishable food donations. Youth and Children

A Sunday School year end picnic will be held following the 11 0'clock on Sunday, June 29. The picnic will be held at Victoria Park on River Road. If the weather is poor we will hold the event at the Cathedral All Sunday school families are invited to attend and we welcome any congregation members who would like to join us. We are looking for volunteers to assist with set up, food preparation and soccer games. We will provide hot dogs and S'mores but would appreciate donations of sliced fruit, vegetables and dip. There will be sign-up sheets in the hall for attendance and for volunteers. If you need more information please talk to Caroline.

Sunday School
will be on holidays during July and August. Alternative activities will be available starting July 6th

Missions and Outreach

Our new representatives on E4C are Dawn Pentelechuk and Peter Prinsen. Founded in 1970, E4C is a 38-year-old charitable human services organization which helps people connect with resources and with the community. All Saints' is one of the six member churches of E4C During the summer we will be collecting art supplies, white glue and scissors for children's programs for E4C. The donation box is located at the entrance to the church.
