Sunday services:
Time: 8:00 AM Holy Communion
Description: This reverent ‘said’  service is perfect for those who have grown up in the Anglican tradition and who prefer a quieter, more contemplative approach to worship. This service includes Holy Communion with a brief reflection on the scriptures. The Book of Common Prayer is always used.

Time: 9:15 AM Holy Communion
Description: This worship service features both modern and traditional hymns and is in contemporary everyday language. We receive Holy Communion and reflect on the word of God through a sermon. There is increased lay leadership in this service in the written introductions to the scriptures and occasional preaching. We use the Nave altar. Following worship there is an opportunity for Bible study and reflection in the Board Room – everyone is welcome. We use the Book of Alternative Services modern language setting of the Eucharist.

10.15 Common fellowship in the parish hall, the congregations from both the 9.15AM and 11AM services are invited to gather for coffee and conversation.

Time: 11:00 AM Holy Communion
Description: This traditional worship service features organ, the cathedral choir and generally more traditional hymnody and celebrates the Anglican Choral tradition. This service includes Holy Communion and a sermon. The High altar is used for the Eucharist. We use the traditional language service from the Book of Alternative Services every week, except where there is a fifth Sunday in the month when we use the modern language Eucharistic prayer.

The laying on of hands and prayers for healing are offered at both the 9 AM and 11 AM services.

Time: 2.00 PM Holy Communion
Description: Holy Eucharist in the Dinka language. This is the time that the Sudanese Dinka congregation gathers for worship. They have been active at the Cathedral since 2001. The worship is conducted in Dinka in the Anglican tradition.

Time: 7.00 PM First Sunday of the month Choral Evensong
Description: This Service, with its resonant and beautiful words, typifies the Anglican Cathedral tradition of choral worship. Most of the singing is done by the Choir, the congregation participating through a prayerful listening. The Service consists of psalms, readings from the bible, an anthem, and prayers for the world and the church and for those in need. The form of Evening Prayer from the Book of Common Prayer is used.

Time: 7.00 PM Third Sunday of the month Taize Prayer Service
Description: We offer Taize prayer. This is a quiet meditative service. The church is lit mostly by candles and simple chants shape our worship. There are periods of common prayer and of meditation upon the scripture. This simple service is a peaceful way to end your day.

Weekday Worship:
Time: 8:30 AM Monday to Thursday, Morning Prayer
Description: A great way to start your workday with a quiet contemplative service which offers an opportunity for prayer and reflection as we say together the Office of Morning Prayer from the Book of Alternative Services. The heart of Morning Prayer is the saying of the psalms and listening to two readings from scripture. Here, at the beginning of the day, we begin by relating our lives to God and holding the needs of others in our prayers.

Time: 12.10 Thursdays Holy Communion
Description: This service has an offertory hymn, short sermon and an opportunity for fellowship over a simple lunch following the service.

Time: 12.10 (noon Eucharist) as of January 21-2008 will be held Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Holy Communion
Description: This service offers a simple Eucharist with a short reflection and will allow enough time to fit into your lunch break. A window in your day.
